Jurisdiction: Venue. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of United States of America and the State of North Dakota, and any action shall be initiated and maintained exclusively in a forum of competent jurisdiction in the State of North Dakota.

Contests held by ShopStarInc.net such as the Gift Certificate promo with newsletter signup and surveys are randomly drawn once a year at the end of the given year. The winner will be notified via email.
